How it works

From your first message to the day your puppy comes home: what happens, what you pay and when, and what you receive.

  1. Tell us what you are looking for

Message us on WhatsApp or join the availability list. An enquiry reserves nothing and costs nothing. When a suitable puppy is confirmed, we send you photos, a short video, the price and the expected arrival period.

  2. Reserve with a deposit

Once you have chosen a puppy, we send you a written confirmation with its details, the total price, the deposit, what is included and the expected arrival period. The deposit is usually €300–500. The reservation is final once we have received it and confirmed it in writing, and you get a receipt.

Pay only to the details on our payment page. We never send new payment details by message.

  3. We prepare your puppy

Your puppy is microchipped, receives the vaccinations and deworming appropriate to its age, and is examined by our own veterinarian. Under EU rules the rabies vaccination cannot be given before 12 weeks of age and the puppy may travel 21 days later, so the earliest it can reach you is at about 15 weeks. Within 48 hours before departure, an authorised veterinarian checks that it is fit to travel, and everything is recorded in its own EU pet passport.

  4. The journey to Cyprus

Your puppy travels with a personal escort who holds a certificate of competence under EU Regulation 1/2005 on the protection of animals during transport. The movement is registered in the EU TRACES system. We keep you updated and contact you before arrival to arrange the handover. Delivery within Cyprus, to the place agreed with you, is included in the price.

  5. Handover and payment

You meet your puppy and check its EU pet passport before completing the purchase. We sign the Puppy Sale Agreement and you pay the balance. You receive the puppy, its passport, the signed agreement, the final invoice and our puppy care guide.

  6. After your puppy comes home

Write to us whenever a question comes up as your puppy settles in. From handover, day-to-day care, veterinary treatment and any registration required in Cyprus are yours; your local vet will guide you through them.

Why paying a deposit is safe

  • We are licensed by the Cyprus Veterinary Services (licence EZ.KΠZ.Y.046) and registered as WS & Salinero Ltd. (HE 472346).
  • You pay only a deposit up front, against a written confirmation and a receipt.
  • You pay the balance only after you have met your puppy in Cyprus.
  • Our payment details never change. If anyone sends you different ones, it is not us.
